Meet Sloan

Sloan dreamed of living in the Moreno Valley since adventurously summering here when he was young. Now a member of the Red River Town Council — and a resident of Red River since 2009 — he spends his free time with his wife Chappell and their two dogs, Wheeler and Carson, in the town that called to him as a kid.
